The RECIPE:
To start the roasting process 3/4 of a cup of WATER
For 8 LB of finished nuts use 4 LB of SUGAR and 4 LB of ALMONDS (or other kind of NUTS)
4 Tablespoons of CINNAMON (you may use more or less cinnamon)
For glazing you use 5 tablespoons of WATER and 5 tablespoons of liquid VANILLA
The ORIGINAL BAVARIAN RECIPE is made from natural ingredients only and the mixture is 1:1.
